Many challenges have shown me that the basics matter. That's why quality, reliability, honest communication, trust and loyalty are important to me. Mutual feedback is an imperative. I believe that this is the only way to implement projects successfully and to the fullest satisfaction of everyone involved.
Short and efficient channels are just as much a part of this as having a chat in the free time. Mutual appreciation is not only based on figures and statistics, we should not forget the person in between. This makes it all the easier to rely on each other in hectic and dicey situations. Every project is a chance to create something relevant for us and society — professionally, culturally as well as personally. I see myself less as a classic designer with hourly rates and more as a contact person and advisor in all project matters.
